Refunds & Returns

Our aim is to deliver all gifts promptly and in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of receipt. We are unable to accept product returns.

If there is a fault with your product, we will either re-deliver or refund your purchased product, depending on your preference.

If you are unable to accept delivery of our goods on the original delivery date, we cannot accept liability for any deterioration in product quality due to any factors outside our control. In addition, if incorrect information is submitted on the order form, we cannot be held responsible for missed deliveries.
