

Zingy Barbecued Prawns

Zingy Barbecued Prawns are marinated in a vibrant blend of spices and citrus, then grilled to perfection. Serve with a Crème Fraîche citrus for a deliciously smoky and tangy seafood dish that’s perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 24 large king prawns
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped Italian herbs
- 2 teaspoon finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Seasoning to taste
- 170g/6oz Devon Crème Fraîche
- ¼ teaspoon finely grated lime zest
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- Pinch of salt
Method
- Place 20 large king prawns in a bowl and add 2tbsp finely chopped Italian herbs, 2tsp finely grated lemon zest, 1 tbsp olive oil, seasoning, mix thoroughly.
- Thread 4 prawns onto 6 skewers and barbecue for 2 minutes on each side.
- In a small bowl mix 170g Crème Fraîche, ½ tsp finely grated lemon zest, ¼ tsp finely grated lime zest, 1tsp lemon juice, 1tsp lime juice and season with sea salt.
- Serve with the prawns straight away.
